    I just looked back and I did log just didn't change my 1 to a 2. Oh to have a full night sleep aging would be oh so nice maybe then I could get more done.

    current weight 219 pounds
    goal weight by august 145-150 pounds

    I am soooooo proud of myself and excited. I have lost 12 pounds since three weeks ago and 7.8 pounds of it was just since I started here almost a week ago!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I can't believe it!!!!! :flowerforyou: :happy:

    Well my Nephew was able to go to school today his fever broke. SO today I am going to head off to the gym to get back on track. Did good on my calories yesterday and played on the WII with him for about a hour that is a workout never really played it before so didn't realize how tired you get. He got it for Christmas guess I should have tried it before.
