Working 84 hours a week, with shift switches on Sunday night to Monday days and Thurdays days - nights...I have been lifting consistently 4 days a week along with cardio on 2 of those days and at least one other day a week of cardio, but my eating habits have not kept up for weight/inches lost. Joined MFP to get calorie count under control and to start looking the way that I feel. Max lift weight has been consistently going up, but am planning on adding more cardio. Hopefully the eating adjustments will help with hitting weight loss goals.:happy:
