Today was a super rough day as I stepped on the scale after not for the holiday season and the scale is up 12 lbs. I started to cry....but frankly no yoga, no green juice and all the holiday eating....what could I have possibly expected. Committing to logging and back to regular yoga. Need some supportive and that are active on MFP.
Thanks and Happy New Year!

Welcome! Have you tried bikram yoga? I'm going to wear a hrm and see if it burns as many calories as they claim. Doubt it, but you should try it! It's nice in this cold weather0

Before my shoulder surgery, I had lost 32lbs and credit about 90% of my exercise to hot yoga. I checked every site I could find on the most accurate burn and they all concluded that based on your exertion and weight you easily could burn 500-800 cals in one hour session. I know it worked for me. I never felt stronger or more at peace with myself. Can't wait to get back to it!0
