For the month of March, our food challenge is to keep our total percentage of fat calories at 25% or less EVERY SINGLE DAY.
(Fat Calories x 9 ÷ Total Calories = Percentage of Fat Calories.)

Great job, Heidi! You would not believe the tweaks I've had to make to my food diary today to ensure I come in under 25%. This is a great challenge for me in that it's not an easy one, but it is doable.0

Hope you don't mind if I join in! I've only recently been looking at the carb/fat/protein ratio so not too sure how this is gonna go! I know carbs are a definite weakness (I'm ALWAYS over on them) but not sure about fat..

This is easier than I was expecting! LOL. I think it is because I burn a ton of calories, so by the time I fill those calories up - it's with things like whey protein or other healthy things, I don't know. lol. On a rest day, it won't work as well - or on a day that my family decides to have pizza. lol.0
