I had a great exercise schedule going with strength training and walking, then decided to "ramp" up my workouts by
power walking and doing grapevines on a concrete path. My left achilles tendon is very sore and stiff. I cannot believe
I thought I could exercise like that on concrete. Walking on a treadmill 7 yrs ago ripped the tendons/ligaments in my right
heel and took 2 yrs to heal. Very frustrating to be a former athlete, but with this weight on my body, I am limited with my
exercising. Anyone else have trouble with hard surfaces?
