Need ideas for NON-KNEE workout!

Help! I have hurt my knee and it's swollen etc so I need ideas for upper body work that does *not* use my whole body (usually run/rower/elliptical and squat/deadlift/push press)... My physio says I have to rest it for 48 hours, and not even swimming sounds a good idea as twisting my knee hurts and I usually swim breast stroke.
I want a mix of weights and cardio... there is a hand bike in the gym so can use that for a bit of cardio but it is not my favourite exercise at all! But what arms/upper body things can I do? I haven't learnt bench pressing yet, and my OHPs are quite limited as I usually have to do push presses (ie use knees a little) ... so I have "abs work" and need to figure out other upper body things without knee impact - would love ideas!
