January goal advice

Hey all,
I've been on MFP since about Sept last year and through regular gentle exercise and good eating managed to drop 12lbs - put back on 3 over Xmas break
I have a holiday in Mexico at the end of the month (we fly on 28th) and I really want to set myself a good goal to reach by that point. I'm 5'6'', currently 165lbs and got some serious 'lovehandles' going on
I'm doing 30DS (planning on doing 6 days a week) and also 4 days a week I do a 4 mile brisk walk to work - my current MFP-calculated calorie goal per day is 1410. I'm generally under my goal, although I eat back some calories.
So after all that my question is, is it reasonable to think I can tone up a bit and also get under 160lbs (or thereabouts) by 28th? Is that too easy/hard? I'm so clueless!

5lb in 3 weeks plus toning up isn't too much to hope for...but tough enough to keep you focussed, I reckon!0
