So you splurged a little... That does NOT make all your efforts up to that point null and void nor does it mean it's all over for you. You haven't gained it all back. It was one day. We all do it. Sometimes it's necessary. As long as you are eating well 80% of the time, you are doing good. Don't spoil the enjoyment of your treat, just be thankful for it and move on. Get back on track. If you really feel guilty, do a little extra exercise or eat a leaner dinner. It's all good.0

I like the idea of having that one thing a week...just not everyday!
I'm in it for the lifestyle. I have been guilty of being my worse critic but trying to go easier on myself. I have perfectionist issues sometimes.0
