Hi guys, I'm Tina from Belgium, 29 years old.

I just decided that I'm reeeeeaaaally gonna start trying to lose weight now. I just came from 'de solden' (an event in Belgium every January when you can buy clothes at discounts). And after almost starting to cry in the fitting room, I decided enough is enough. This time I'm gonna lose weight ! The image staring back at me from the mirror was disgusting, and my previous size doesn't fit me at all anymore... I just couldn't find anything nice to wear, that does it for a girl :D

I'm gonna try to eat healthy, but I'm not gonna give everything up. I know if I do that, I'll just stop within 2 weeks. I like a piece of chocolate now and then (I'm a Belgian, right) and French fries maybe every 2 weeks.
I'm already member of a gym, and I work out about 1 or 2 times a week. The plan is to ask for a better program at the gym, and I'm also gonna try the 30 day shred at home.

First goal I set is: lose 5,5 kilos by April 1st.
Do you think that's a reasonable goal?

If anyone is up for it, I could use some support along the way...

BTW: I hope my English isn't too bad :)

I love the 30 day shred. You can do it. I try to still acknowledge my cravings...I will lose it if I don't. I just allow them in moderation. I try to look at it as a lifestyle change rather than a diet. Its not realistic to think I'm going to give up fries for the rest of my life so there is no point in completely giving them up now. I just don't eat them as often or allow myself as much. I could also use some support along the way so feel free to friend me.

Hey, firstly your English is great  and secondly, i don't know kilos lol. I only go by pounds and stones but you're plan is a really good plan. You won't be depriving yourself so it's realistic and sustainable which is what you need for a long term weight loss programme, I also allow myself chocolate and other nice foods through the week but within my calories and it works well. Some days i'l have a few pieces of chocolate with my coffee on a night and it helps stop those late night cravings. Today is also my fresh start cause when i got weighed this morning i had the shock of my life  . So good look, fab plan and i'm definatly sure it will work

    Thank you all!
I did the first day of the 30 day shred. Hard, but some nice exercices in there. Let's hope I stay motivated like this!
