Need motiviation/inspiration

Hi there! I've been on MFP for awhile now and making some slow progress in my weight loss goals. However, I gained a couple pounds over the christmas holiday and I'm having trouble getting back on track. Tracking my calories and exercise seems to be getting a bit tedious and I just can't seem to motivate myself. I want to get this under control before I gain back all of the weight that I've lost...any suggestions for motivation/inspiration?

Also looking for new (motivated) friends....Thanks!

    hi. i put on 7lb over xmas.... its now almost all back off again!! majority of it was probably water weight, but that boosted me. between that and not fitting in to a really pretty dress. im sick of going into shops and not being able to buy anything as im too big.. feel free to add me :)
