NSV & What have you done lately?

I went skiing yesterday! Real mountain (ok - the beginner slopes) - ALL DAY! made the mistake of lifting the day before so I'm not sure if the soreness is from the deadlifts or the skiing - but so what! I was amazed at how easily I could control my legs, get up when I fell and generally make it through about 5 solid hours of skiing without a problem. On the last run of the day, my 13 year old daughter was exhausted and I was sad to leave!

At 230 lbs this would have been impossible.
