I love waking up to the smell of oatmeal instead of bacon and eggs!! the great thing about changing my life is im changing my familys too! today i packed my boys, my hubby and myself fruit instaed of cookies its a start! yey lets get it on, its a new year im excited to change my body and be healthy at the same time :-)
