Anyone else feel bloated on exercise rest days?

I've been working out about 5 days a week for a month and a half, and I have noticed on my rest days, I feel like I am heavier and holding water - does anyone else feel like that? I stay in my calorie range (both when I have added exercise calories AND when I have no added calories) and have been yo-yoing about 3 lbs in the past 2 weeks. I have not logged in the jump up yet because I'm hoping that being back at the gym today will help lose the water. Just wanted to see if anyone else has this issue!

Thanks for the input!

I feel heavier too, but the scale and measurements don't tell that! It sucks honestly. I think when you become aware of your weight you sort of are more critical, I see myself fatter. That's sick but true. The water is confusing, everyone is different. Even if it's slower weight loss for you keep on it and as long as medically you are not challenged I know you'll see results eventually. Also drink LOTS of water, I never drink anything but water, ever.
