Eating All Calories?

Okay guys I need some info. I'm not new at the weight loss game, but I am just as confused about one aspect of it as I have always been. Are you supposed to eat all the calories you're allotted for? And are you supposed to eat whatever calories you burn from a workout. Thanks for any info you can provide! Have a great week!

Everyone is different but the short answer is yes.
The site already takes into account the deficit you need to meet your weekly weightloss goal. So you should try and eat close to what you are alloted daily (a bit under or over is ok). Also, since you don't want to increase that deficit you shoud eat back most of your exercise calories. That being said, make sure you are estimating the amount of calories you are burning as accurately as possible. When you enter your exercise into the website you will see that it automatically increases your calorie allotment for the day.0 -
