Should I stick with Supreme 90 day workout?

I started the Supreme 90 Day exercise program on January 1st. I am really sore so it seems to be working. However, I find it very boring. I am used to doing fun workouts like Zumba and stability ball, etc. I have been doing strength training and cardio during most workouts. I dont have the time or energy for cardio after the S90 workout. Is it worth it to stick with Supreme 90 Day or should I go back to my fun workouts?

    I am a believer that you should do whatever workout you will actually do. If Zumba is what gets you moving, then Zumba is what you should do.

    I hate to start something and not finish it. I am going to try a short Zumba workout as a warmup and my favorite Daily Yoga as a cooldown. I just like variety. Thanks for posting.

    My husband and I just started this work-out system and I know that you are supposed to do it for 90 days but if you are bored perhaps you could do it every other day and in between work in your fun work-outs. That way you do not get sick of it.
