Another running thread - Lightheaded/Dizzy after a run?

Hi Guys,
Thanks to your awesome advice last time i've managed to slow down and found a comfortable running pace for my 3 mile outdoor run (varying between 4.5 pmh and 5.5 mph coming out at an average of 5.2 mph), At this speed i can cover the whole distance comfortably and without getting cramp or a stitch or anything.
BUT i am finding that when i stop running i'm really really lightheaded for about the next 10-15 mins until i can get changed and grab my lunch at m,y desk. I just wondered if this is normal and to be expected or if I should worry. I don't feel sick or unpleasant just very very dizzy for a little while.
I do eat before my run, i have breakfast at 8, small snack at 10.30, another small snack at about 11.45/12pm and then go for the run about 12.30-1 pm so it's not like im not eating at all before hand.
Opinions?
PS It's possibly worth mentioning that I do suffer from an autoimmune B12 defficiency which can affect red blood cell size and shape, and therefore their efficiency at carrying oxygen... but i am up to date with my injections and my last blood results showed pretty nromal siized cells so i don't *think* that's the cause.

As I understand it, everybody can suffer from low blood sugar and thus become weak and possibly dizzy and maybe get the shakes. Sounds like you need to carry some kind of energy bar and if not eaten during the run then have it ready right after you complete the run.0

Hmmm i pretty much get back and eat anyway,.... i'll try to find something more slow release to eat before the run maybe and see if that helps.
thanks for the advice!0
