Hi everyone, my name is LaPrell. I am 33 years old, 5'5", 200 lbs and single with no children. I was a smoker for 17 years and smoked my last cigarette on Christmas Day this year. I got lucky when I got a mutant flu that kept me from being able to smoke long enough to get over the worst of the cravings. After getting better I figured I'd be stupid to pick up another cigarette and decided that since I wasn't going to smoke again I might as well also get in shape. So I've spent the last week looking at inspiration for weight loss as well as starting to watch what I eat as well as exercising. Now I'm starting to get serious since I found this website while looking for inspirational before and after photos.

I'm glad to be here and hope that soon I'm posting my before and after pictures.

    Hey WELCOME, I am 24, 212lbs, but working every day to lower that number. I cant wait to be in the hundreds again. I love being supportive, and anyone can add me. Good luck with your journey
