It depends on what kind of exercise I'm doing.

I usually turn on my songza App and pick something from their "working out" set of playlists. I do tend to gravitate to the playlists with hits from the 80s...they seem to be the best speed etc. for what I'm after.

Metal for me, the speed keeps me going. Metallica, Megadeth, Slayer, Anthrax, Iron Maiden, Pantera, Soulfly. It's not for everyone.

This song is perfect at the end of a workout because part 1 gives you a good rhythm for that final push and part 2 goes into a mellow cool down.

I tend to have a pretty eclectic mix, but here are some of my favorites that I find motivating:

    Blackout - Breathe Carolina
    Bulletproof - La Roux
Can You Count, Suckers - Me vs Hero
Every Little Thing Counts - Janus Stark
    Get Some - Chevelle
    I Can't Stop - Flux Pavilion
    Invincible - Ok Go
Make My Body - The Chain Gang of 1974
My Own Worst Enemy - Lit
No One Knows - Queens of the Stone Age
    Paradise Circus - Massive Attack
    Radioactive - Imagine Dragons
Round and Round - Imagine Dragons
Tighten Up - The Black Keys
