New to MFP

Hi,
When i say I have tried everything, I mean I have tried everything to lose weight. My daughter introduced me to myfitnesspal app for the phone, and I love it. It goes everywhere with me, as my phone is stuck to the hip. I'm 49 years young, mom of 3, grandmother of 1 soon to be 2. I'm trying to lose 70lbs. No goal date, just when it happens. I'm down 5 lbs the first week. Need motivation and support. I track everything I eat or drink in a day. I'm a coffee addict and love the flavor creamers, so now I measure by tbsp in my cup and drink 2 in morning and 2 at night to control my calorie intake. I drink more coffee then that but only use creamer 4 times a day. That's still 140 calories to many. I eat a big salad with grilled chicken for lunch and a lean cuisine meal for dinner, and love the weight watchers ice cream for last snack of the day. I eat either a lite breakfast sandwich or oatmeal for breakfast. And I will have 1 piece of fruit during the day.
