How to track meats

I am a former weight watchers online member and have always used ounces to track meat. On myfitnesspal, cups are used. Is there an easy way to estimate a cup of roasted chicken when you're eating? I have a scale at home also, so I'm a little confused by the cups measurement. Thank you!

You should weigh everything that is not a liquid. If its a liquid, use volume measurements.
Meat should be tracked in grams or ounces. Find another entry that uses that instead of a volume measurement.0
