I really, really hate Mondays...

I just posted a blog post about this, but apparently that was enough ranting for me...

I really, really hate Mondays. Somehow, my body decided it wanted to throw on about two pounds a day over the weekend. What the heck!? Why? WHY! This was the week I was going to cross the "no longer obese" BMI line.

Grrrrrrr.

And I hurt my foot skiing, too.

    :ohwell: Me too...I'm up in weight from Friday. I know it's mostly water retention because we were away for the weekend. Wine, beer, munchies :ohwell: Today's another day though. I was skiing too and have a huge bruise on my leg as a result of a chair lift "incident".

    Monday's are tough. I know I'm up 2 pounds (water weight) since Saturday due to a couple of poor choices. Not letting it bother me. I drank extra water this morning and will be super healthy today! It's a new week, a fresh start! Think of it that way :flowerforyou:
