Hello from Canada!

I am new to this whole myfitnesspal thing, but I am hoping to meet some people to help me along over the next couple months. I want to lose some weight for bikini season. Ever since I started office work, my pants stopped fitting, and well, I kind of like my pants and want to wear them again - and there's probably some other people put there who know exactly what I mean. :)
