Weight Loss Question

Hey all!
I am slightly confused as the last week I have been losing weight unusually. My SW was 179 on New Years followed by 179.5, 181.5, 177, 175.5, 175.5 and today is 174 lbs. I have also been taking measurements and there has been a loss of .5" to 1" in some places.
A little about myself: My calorie goal is 1672 (I usually eat about 1500 and my new calorie goal for weight is actually 1572), I eat 40-30-30 and CLEAN. I also exercise between 24-60 minutes a day, every day doing workouts like 30 Day Shred and other exercises like walking, calisthenics from Insanity in addition. I drink plenty of water as well and am a very healthy 22 year old.
As you can see, I've been active on MFP for almost a year now, getting my weight then down to 172.5 lbs after pregnancy - however, I did take a brief break for two months and gained back 7 lbs which had me at a new starting weight of 179. My GW is 160 lbs.
Has this happened to anyone? I've considered water weight as a possibility but I usually don't lose this much just in water weight alone. Scale also appears to be working, I weighed other members in the household. I also don't need to read about whether it's healthy or not - just wondering if anyone else in the MFP community has experienced this.
Best of luck to everyone and thanks in advance for your answers!

Setting the walking aside, are you exercising intensively on a daily basis? If so maybe you are overtraining and depleting your muscles of their glycogen fuel and/ or electrolytes and hence dehydrating. You need rest days: even professional athletes cycle hard days and easy days, hard weeks and easy weeks. Water alone does not cause the body to hold water, there are many nutrients which play a role in hydration. Are you eating plenty of mineral rich foods especially if you sweat plenty during exercise?0

Most likely water weight. BTW, you really should eat closer to your goal if you can. Especially when you do insanity workouts. That program alone requires 1800 calories at a minimum.0

I do the 30 Day Shred everyday, I believe the program says you do each level for 10 days (but can take rest days). I have done the 30DS before everyday for 30 days without injury and with my physician's approval. After working out is where I fall about 1590ish (although I am still using my old calorie goal of 1672). I am not doing the Insanity program per se, I am simply borrowing 6 minutes worth of moves to add to my routine. Like I mentioned, I am eating clean (which includes foods high in various minerals, nutrients, etc,) and drinking a ridiculous amount of water. While I am aiming to eat 40-30-30, its been more like 50-25-25 most days. I am also using protein supplements and have them immediately after my workouts - if that helps to know.
