New favorite chicken recipe

Boneless skinless chicken breasts, trimmed of fat.
Sprinkle lightly with salt
Heavy black pepper (I love pepper)
Garlic powder, lightly
Franks Red Hot Sauce, liberally cover
Pound the breasts to about 3/4" to 1" thick. Add seasoning. BROIL for 6-7 minutes per side. Voila!
The house smelled wonderful, and all the seasoning adds 0 calories. New favorite, Loved it!
