If you want to keep a secret, write it in a book.... or at least that's what I've heard being said. I decided to go in search of the weight loss secret, and I think I have finally decoded what all those books and websites really say about weight loss. The answer I've found is ASTOUNDING. Weight loss is a three step process.
Step 1) Eat less.
Step 2) Move more.
Step 3) Repeat from step one.
