If I could kick my own butt I would

I lost 46 lbs and felt great. Wasnt at my goal but heading in the right direction. Started cheating a little bit, then a little more, and then what the heck I started listening to my co-workers, I told you you would blow back up and I did, I havnt put all the weight that I lost back on but if I keep on I will be there soon. I started back at the gym last week and feel a little better. But my question is why is it when you start trying to get healthy the people that should support you tell you are going to fail.

Insecurity. And Sabotage. My Dh is like that. I am finally getting my butt in gear to get these 30 lbs off of me and the first thing he says to me is "Weighing your food again??!?!" I said "yup" -

I know he needs to drop at least 40 lbs but he thinks if he talks down about my new habits, it will make me stop. Little does he know all it does is make me want to succeed more!

Don't kick your butt- just get back on track. It's a journey. You can't fail unless you give up and you won't do that!!
