Hi,

I'm new to this :) coming on here for food ideas mainly and to share whatever useful knowledge (little) I have for you guys.

I've always been quite atheletic and sporty, but the past 6 months I've slacked off a lot and have put on a stone due to drinking and fast food! So I've decided to get back into shape, so I can play football like I used to (not feeling dead after 15 minutes) and to feel generally healthier!
