weight lifting not working

So I went to the gym for like over an hour last night and did like 60 curls then I went home and had a protien shake right away but when I woke up this morning my arms were not any bigger. Am i doing it wrong?

My muscle grows when I rub baby oil on it. You'll have to vigorously rub that oil in there. Like a to and fro movement. Oh wait...you said biceps.0

next time do 120 curls in the squat rack and drink a proteinz shake every 2 hours throughout the night.0 -
More volume = more immediate results. Push your workouts to at least 2 hours, then have a shake immediately after. You should be ripping the seams of your clothes (a la the Incredible Hulk) as you finish the shake.0

You're doing it all wrong! You're supposed to rub the steroids on the muscle, not inject them! Then you need to use 45 pound weights, at least!! The average weight of loaded luggage is around 45 pounds. You could go down to the airport and help out the weaklings who are lugging around their luggage. Somewhere around 2 hours worth should do. Then add a banana to the shake and you should be as strong as an ape.

I was led to believe you have to consume protein before, during, and after the workout. So next time drink before and after, but during - curl 150lbs of protien into your mouth... that should do the trick0
