Anyone who is strength training and looking to add muscle

Hey all...I am 5'6" and 146 lbs. I am looking to gain about 10-15 pounds of lean muscle. I am increasing my cardio workouts, healthy food intake and weights...etc. Friend me if you want to. Would like some like minded people to work with. I am posting weekly challenges also.

    Friend request sent! I'm looking to stay around the same weight but lose some fat and gain some muscle. You should check out NerdFitness.com if you haven't already. There's some awesome and pretty badass workouts on the blog and there's also a forum where they do 6 week challenges (the current one just started today if you want to join!)

    My goals are to do a pull up, and then do some more pull ups once I work up to my first one (I can get 1/3 of the way to the bar right now). I'm following the Nerd Fitness plan to do that and I'm on step 2. I'm also looking to do more free weight and body weight exercises.

    I'm in the same boat, Chris. 5' 10" and at 166 --- up from 155 in August. Not as easy as it seems it should be. I'm debating whether or not to cut back to 155 and start over.

    I'm using "AllPro's Simple Beginner's Routine" from bodybuilding.com.
