I'm considering doing the Jillian Michaels Body Revolution in the morning and Insanity in the afternoon. Do you think this will increase my overall weight loss? And if I do, do I need to increase my calories? Thanks

Those are intense workouts so yes, I would increase your calories so that you will have plenty of energy.Lots of protein and complex carbs and drink plenty of water.
I had a hard time doing Insanity with any other program so don't be surprised if it's a struggle. I had to stop insanity because I am training for a 1/2 and it was affecting my running0 -
Yes it will increase your weight loss.
I have no idea what your current fitness level is. Unless your body has been built up to a high level of tolerance for hard workouts, you at a high risk for Over training. Insanity is a tough program by itself. When doing insanity, most people, especially those just starting to exercise, will benefit more from rest / recovery than from a second workout
Eat enough to keep your weightloss at 2LBS per week or less. Even at that level you are risking loss of LBM0 -
I've done Insanity before and had great success. I am fairly fit but still fat due to my eating habits. I just want to do what I can to get the fat off!0
