Exercise after miscarriage

I've very recently experienced a miscarriage and wondered if anyone knows how long I need to wait before beginning an exercise regime. I''m also recovering from a broken foot and torn ligaments in my knee so unable to put a lot of pressure on my left leg/foot so would be great to get some ideas on suitable exercise. Thanks Katie

I'm so very sorry about your miscarriage. I suffered a miscarriage last year and it was very traumatic. If you ever need someone to talk to feel free to message me.
In regards to exercise I was told to wait a full two weeks before putting any strain on my body. After that I was able to start slow but mentally I didn't feel up to it, so I didn't begin exercising again for at least a month.
I also broke my foot a few years ago! The bones were weak for a while so I walked as much as I was able to strengthen the bones up again. I guess really it's up to you and how you feel. Your body will tell you when it's ready0 -
Thanks, it is very recent - within the last week, so I'm still experiencing the physical impact and know it will be a wee while before I can do anything but have no idea how long. A couple of weeks gives me something to work with.
Emotionally have felt at rock bottom but I need something positive to focus on to get me through it so this is it.
And thanks for your kind offer of support. I may well take you up on that. x0
