Last 10 pounds to go is a challenge!

These last 10 pounds are quite a challenge and I'm finding I'm hungry at night and I've used up my calories. I need some tips...

    The last 10 are a beast to contend with. I lost my first 110 in a year and I'm down to my last 10 pounds and been stuck for the past year :noway:

    I'm working on the basics. Weighing and measuring everything, eating between BMR and TDEE and hopefully things will budge soon.

    I'm in that last 10 lb stretch too, so maybe I need to learn some new tips! For the late day hunger, I've tried to shift to higher fiber (more bulk) in all meals and it seems to help. This weekend I plan to look for some lower calorie (and NOT high sodium) soups - a cup of soup should add substance at night to help with filling up, and a dessert apple or grapefruit help with the need for some closing to dinner! I also plan to be sure I've got one hard workout (I walk for exercise)!with intervals. Good luck.
