Hello!

Last year I used MFP to lose weight and I lost 30lbs. However, I slacked off this summer and I gained it back. Now I am back at it and I joined CKO Kickboxing and after one class every inch of my body was sore. My goal is to get fit and healthy this year. Since last week I have lost 2 pounds. I have no doubt that this is a great tool for everyone. Good luck to you all :)
