Calorie Question

ok question. I'm not hungry and I haven't really been hungry the last couple of days. The foods that i've been eating are low in calories, which is a good thing, but it's just keeping me short of the miniumum calorie intake . What I was thinking of doing is eating something today higher in calories, so that I will make my miniumium. Is this a good or bad idea?

It should be fine. Especially since you work out. :-)0

It's a good idea. You don't want to under eat and stall your weight loss. Nuts and nut butters are a great addition as well as dried fruit/dates. A good trail mix is helpful to have around
Dates and peanut butter are amazing tasting and healthy as well as calorie dense.

Making your minimum is a good thing. Under eating is not a good thing. So yes, eating higher calorie foods would be a good idea.0
