Like a million others I'm new to this site and will smeet the new month of March head on to begin my weight loss goals now that spring is around the corner. Probably gained 20lbs this winter...it sure has been a long winter and I guess I had fun. Now it's time to tough it out and get serious. Hope I can do it!! Maybe with a little help from all of you!! I'll return the favor

    Hi there! I'm new at this today as well! There seems to be a lot of encouragement on this site and I'm excited. Winter didn't do my bod well either! Good luck!

    When I started last February 1st, I lost 14 pounds the first month and didn't even feel like I was depriving myself . So what I'm saying is, you shouldn't have to tough it out too bad, just remember that it is all about making choices. You will just start making "better" choices. And before you know it that 20 pounds and then some, will all be gone, just in time for summer!!
