So, I chose a random number as my goal weight (just to fill it in).
I would however, like to choose a more specified goal.... based on my body.
I think the best way to do this is to select a goal fat percentage (I have chosen 22%)... Which means the remainder of my body should be 78% lean mass...
I can't change the weight of my skeleton, short of removing pieces (I'll pass, thanks).
So, I'm wondering if there is a way to find out how much your skeleton weights (some kind of formula).
I currently know:
My current weight (163 lbs)
My current height (5'5" or 65")
My current bone density (5.2)
My current water percentage (48.4%)
My current body fat percentage (34.8%)
My current wrist size (just under 6")
How can I use this information to estimate my skeleton weight? I know an EXACT weight will be hard to come by, but something close would be great!
My goal weight will be computed as follows:
Skeleton weight + 78% lean mass + 22% body fat = #### lbs (I'm thinking it will still be near 130 or so)
