Hurt knee, exercise advice needed

Hey all,
I usually do quite a lot of exercise each week (British Military Fitness, street dancing, fencing, running etc.) but I've knackered my knee up.
I twisted and fell on my knee New Years eve- not under the influence I hasten to add
It swelled a little bit but stiffens up easily but I can now walk on it smoothly.
I can't afford cash-wise to do anything additional i.e. go swimming, but I can't not-exercise, it's driving me mental. Other than core exercises (sit ups/press ups) what can I do that won't hurt my knee, doesn't involve too much movement but still keep me active?
Thanks in advance
