All Bran Bars

Hoeny Nut flavour. OMG I picked these up this morning to have in my desk as an emergency snack if my blood sugar gets low or something goes wrong wtih my packed lunch.

I tried one as a snack this morning and that is where it all started. I`ve had 3, one with lunch and one as a mid day snack. Now this is not typical of me, and I know that haveing 3 bran bars are only spelling out trouble for later, but OMG they are so good!

Just thought I`d share

    my 3 1/2 year old calls them cookies and LOVES to eat them.... should I tell her whats in them? LOL

    Imagine our moms had tried to shove one of those in our mouths when we were little? We would have screamed, yelled and gagged!
    They are delightfully addictive, and for all the good that's in them, there is also bad. Why, oh why? Is there nothing on this earth we can eat to no end and stay thin and healthy (and regular)?
