Pain after arm workout

I never work out my arms so I finally decided to about 3 days ago. I really pushed myself hard (weights, machine pull ups, etc.). The day after I was really sore, and I figured it was just because I was working muscles I never really work that much. Now after 3 days the pain is much worse. It hurts around my forearm and lower bicep near my elbow on the inside of my arms. I can't even straighten my arm all the way.

Has anyone had any experience with this? I don't know if I pulled/strained something or if I'm just being a baby about my tired muscles.
