What are some healthy options to order at an authentic Indian Restaurant?

    Dry meat dishes like tikka, brown chapatti, lentil daal, anything with a tomato and vegetable sauce.

    Tandoori meats, veg, stay away from the sauces, many are loaded with ghee (butter). Naan is also a big calorie bomb.

  • I hear ya... If I'm ordering Indian, I don't usually pay much attention to what I order, but rather how much of it I eat.
    I usually get chicken korma, plain or garlic naan and mixed raita and that'll last me like 3 meals. And daaayum is it tasty! :)

    Thanks....now I'm hungry. For korma. Ugh.

    I stick to the Lamb because it's pretty lean.

    When I'm eating authentic Indian, I just don't worry about it and enjoy myself and order the things that I love. It's not like I do it everyday.
