I have been overweight for 5 years now, I have tried weightwatchers, slimming world and although I am sure they work for a lot of people and they are good, they don't work for me because I can seem to stop eating the things I like. One day I am 100% inspired and I will do great and the next day I get bored, or worried or for whatever reason I will eat foods that I shouldn't.
I am going to give it a go again as a New Year's resolution, if any of you have any advice, it will be welcome.

The question you have to ask yourself is "How bad do you want this?" This is something that you must change for the rest of your life if you want to make progress, and stay on the healthy side of life. In my 4 months I have been on here, I have noticed that it isnt as important what you eat, rather HOW MUCH you eat. In my first 90 days, I didn't change at all what I ate, but I did keep my calorie count in check, and I exercised regularly. Weight came off faster than I imagined. I have since changed my diet up, and gotten rid of lots of unhealthy stuff. Keep at it. It takes lifelong determination to change ones ways for life. You are welcome to add me.0
