Bad Relationship With Food?

So every time I eat carbs, I feel guilty. Unless I'm eating veggies and fruits and I feel like I have ruined my diet. If I eat any sort of bread, or pasta etc I feel like i've done something terrible and I shouldn't have eaten that stuff. Now I know you don't want to be consuming too many carbs anyways, but I just feel like I've put such a bad stigma on all types of food that I don't know what is good for you and what is not. I'm also worry that It could be board lining on some type of eating disorder, because when Im really focused on my diet, I get extremely neurotic about what I'm eating and putting in my body, and If i feel like least bit bloated I feel like I've failed.
I don't really know what my point is here, but I know that what I'm thinking and feeling about food isn't right, cause it's not just that unhealthy, fattening foods are the enemy to me, It's almost all foods that are.

It's easy to get caught up in that mindset when you first start watching your food intake. Just remember it's not what food you eat but how much food you eat. Carbs don't make you fat, fat doesn't make you fat, eating too much makes you fat. If you can fit the foods into your budget the feel free to enjoy them. Your body needs fats and it needs some carbs to function.

I don't agree that it's all about how much food you eat. I think what you eat is just as important. It is great that you are eating a lot of fruits and veggies as your sources of carbs. Cutting the bread and pasta has helped me - I don't retain water the way I used to and I don't get the spiked blood sugar, then crash. Raised insulin levels will lead to storing more fat.

I wouldn't feel guilty about eating them since reducing them is a good thing. I don't think they are evil, just need to be eaten in moderation.
