laptop soundbars/speakers advice please

I just got a new laptop - yay!!

It has terrible sound quality - boo!!!

I watch films and listen to music on my laptop, and so am looking at clip on laptop soundbars or speakers, anyone have any advice on them please

Am in the UK if that makes a difference

Harman Kardon sound sticks are good. How much are you wanting to spend? Go to newegg.com and read the reviews for speakers in your price range. Lotta good stuff/info there.
