Based from my experience I'd say be more patient in losing fat. I've tried the fast route with extreme calorie deficit and indeed I lost 10lbs in a month but totally impaired my metabolism, not to mention I lost strength to lift the weights that I used to go on. Eating enough while working out will do you wonders.0

this really is the best advice that anyone can give. It's a LONG read, but WORTH it.0 -
you need a deficit of 3500 cals to lose one pound. Weather it is not eating or working out or both.0

You'll likely lose lean muscle mass when you eat at a deficit, but that's just how things go.0
