Thought I would introduce myself.

Hi,

I've been using MFP for quite a while now and it's a brilliant way to track what I eat. (I do eat the same thing everyday, with the occasional cheat meal - Just seems to work for me lol.) Anyway, decided to get my weight under control and also get fitter a few months ago - I started by joining a gym and sorting out my nutrition < This is all down to my brothers influence who I've only recently met. (Absolute gym junkie himself)

My name is Adam, I'm currently a student and an absolute motorcycle junkie... yeah there really isn't much more too me lol.

Leads me to now, I've lost a fair chunk of weight and I've got a few lbs more to go and then I'm going to start eating a small calorie surplus so that I can build muscle whilst doing weight training in the gym. - I chose to lose the weight first to see if I had the will power to stick to something like this and it seems that I do.

I thought that I would see what the community forum was like and I've spent some time looking around and it seems a great place. I look forward to contributing to the community myself.
