Coming Back From Gastric Bypass, The Ups and Downs

Hey Pals..........

Happy New Year, as last year ended, I looked back at 2012 and all it’s ups and downs, I reflected on all my 2012 life successes (like getting two diplomas) and all my 2012 personal failures (like the 25 extra pounds I picked up), and instead of coming up with excuses on how I was a victim of stress over load, I sat there and pinpointed where went wrong and took responsibility for each decision that I made. And that in its self was a huge NSV, I had master the never give up attitude but it had been soooo long since I have such big failure I needed to think of a way to step out of my comfort zone (fear) and become more publicly accountable (major fear). So after talking with some of MyFitnessPal’s ;-) I decided to start a Facebook accountability page (that would also be attached to MyFitnessPal page) this is gonna be freighting but just what I need. I know MyFitnessPal is my safe zone, full of support and pals with common goals, but stepping out on FB posting “My story” (Growing up the big girl, Gastric bypass failure, and weight loss journey), my struggles, setbacks, weight loss and gains is defiantly gonna take me out of my safe zone but all my hopes to post more victories and gain help from more supporters and just maybe even helps someone with the same issues along the way…… I’M CLAIMING 2013 AS A YEAR FULL OF VICTORY FOR YOU AND ME!!!!!!

Posting My Full Story Tonight – Getting Back To Business ;-)

If You Have A Similar Story And Or Want To Help/Support Me On Mine Add Me On Myfitnesspal (Mel_Fruitseeker_Mae) and Facebook (MissMel Fruit-Seeker Mae)
