  • Thanks guys, I really could use the encouragement and support. I've lost loads of weight before (about 60lbs about 6 times lost and gained back)... this is the first time I'm exercising too. I started with a PT and now joined a gym. My first initial assessment was rather depressing seeing how unfit I am/soon to be was but my first actual training day with the PT is on Wednesday where she'll design my programme and tell me what to do! Can't wait to get back to the gym! I never ever thought I'd say that!

I'm home sick today and tomorrow but still managed to do my 200 situps challenge week 3 day 1 and 60 reverse crunches for lower abs. Couldn't do any cardio as feeling rather vomitious and afraid any bouncing or moving will cause projectile!

    TMI!

    Yay for me today!

you kinda answered my question as far as where to measure so at the belly button/ and is there a particular time when you measure??
  • Thanks for visiting PinkPena.

To answer your questions, yes, the waist measurement is across the bellybutton.

I measure in the morning on the 1st, 15th and last day of the month so every two weeks. I don't get periodsd anymore but if I did, I definitely would NOT measure before, during or just after the TOM!

I'm glad I measured and got that success yesterday because the scale told me this morning I only lost .1kg/.22lbs this week. Blech! Scales are MEAN!
