Need Exercise Suggestions

My life plan is going very well. I have lost 51 pounds in the last 59 days. I have one concern. My weight loss, although planned and under the care of a medical team, is quick. Some of the exercises I do are helping to keep me active and mobile. I still have a ways to go. I am looking for exercises that will help to tighten up my lower abdomen and inner thighs. I do a lot of treadmill and ab exercises now. Most of them are general in their impact and I am looking for for more focused shaping. Any suggestions?

Have you considered Crossfit? It can be scaled to match your ability and it works all of your body from strength to calorie burn etc.
Its not listed in the app, so you'd need to measure the calories if you wished to do that.
I'm 40, started it 3 months ago and it is by far the most effective exercise program I've ever got involved in.0 -
