Goals for January.. Need encouragement..

Ok... so i have decided to write some goals that i would like to accomplish. The month of Jan( even tho its the 7th) I want to go to my boot camp class Every Tues/Thursday. On Monday i want to do my 8 min abs/8min arms. on Wednesday i want to do Jillian Michael's 30 day shred. On Friday i want to do Jillian Michael's ripped in 30. And on Saturday i want to do a 5K walk/jog/run.. Sunday I rest I think by mixing it up I wont get bored. And its something i can actually do! As far as eating: I want to not eat out at ANY fast food. On date night ( whenever that is) i want to eat as clean as possible. and as Fresh as possible. At home I will limit myself to one unhealthy treat a day. One portion, not one bag/container. I will eat breakfast before 10am. Lunch before 2pm and dinner before 7. NO snacking after dinner.. This will be a BIG challenge for me. I eat in bed *hangs head* I want to cook dinner every night as fresh as possible. and Make sure that not only am I eating healthy but so are the kids.. So now that you have read a novel. Thanks for making it this far with me :D
