Starting 8 Week HIIT Program.Anyone doing HIIT/want to join?

My 8 Week HIIT Plan :glasses: :
Phase1 -> Week 1-2 (15 sec Sprint,60 sec Low/Rest) x 11 times+1 Sprint;
Phase2 -> Week 3-4 (30 sec Sprint,60 sec Low/Rest)x11 times+1 Sprint
Phase 3 -> Week 5-6 (30 sec Sprint,30 sec Low/Rest)x18+1 Sprint
Phase 4 -> Week 7-8 (30 sec Sprint,15 sec Low/Rest) x 25 + 1 Sprint;
All these 3 times/week.
If I will need to stay more at a certain phase, no problem.
Also combined with Weight days. :bigsmile:
I was thinking of doing this :
Monday : HIIT
Tuesday : Weights (Lower Body)
Wednesday : Free
Thursday : HIIT
Friday :Weights (Upper Body)
Saturday: HIIT
Sunday : Free

Let me know what you think of this program and if you want to join. My aim is too loose weight + have some muscles and look good. I researched a lot and this is one of the most effective type of workouts for the least period of time. You can skip weights days if you don't want them.
Just finished my first workout and WOW..I am DEAD :sick: :sick: :sick: feels good though :P
Feel free to add me to friends.
